About
I’m a systems integrator and technical problem solver with deep roots in the Unix philosophy.
Where I come from
My story starts with very limited resources. I scavenged old computers from the trash — three i386 machines, with a total of 12MB of RAM. By combining parts I managed to get two working systems. With no internet at home, I used to visit a cybercafé to print man pages. I learned systems from the ground up: compiling kernels and my first window manager (blackbox), setting up services, and even manually making my own Ethernet crossover cables.
That hands-on beginning still shapes how I work today. I believe real robustness comes from understanding how things actually work at a low level.
Trajectory
I joined OPENTIA in 2009. A few years later I became CTO and have held that role since, acting as the main technical lead on virtually every project the company has undertaken.
Over more than fifteen years I have been responsible for the technical direction of complex systems integrations, large-scale Odoo implementations, custom developments, and long-term technical strategy. My work has focused on building robust, maintainable solutions for demanding environments, always with a strong emphasis on simplicity and long-term reliability.
During those early years I also spent time exploring wireless network security in depth within the technical scene. Working hands-on to understand and demonstrate the practical weaknesses of protocols like WEP gave me a lasting appreciation for how fragile security assumptions can be — and why building truly robust systems matters.
Current focus
Over the years my focus has evolved from low-level systems and diagnostic work toward building verifiable, sovereign digital infrastructure. I’ve been working with IOTA since 2017, delivering real production integrations for demanding clients and organizations.
Today my main project is Attestia, where we’re building immutable attestation and digital sovereignty systems on IOTA Rebased — infrastructure that can provide strong cryptographic guarantees without relying on trusted intermediaries.
How I think about technology
I strongly believe in simplicity, robustness, long-term maintainability, and composability. These Unix principles still guide how I approach every project — whether it’s an Odoo integration, a custom backend system, or sovereign digital infrastructure.
